Refunds & cancellations

Apps on SellMyVibe are digital products sold by independent sellers. This policy explains when you get your money back.

You get a full refund if

  • The seller doesn’t deliver. The seller hasn’t submitted the delivery on the handover page within 14 days of your payment.
  • The delivery doesn’t match the listing. What you received is materially different from what was listed. For example, major listed features or assets are missing, the code doesn’t correspond to the screenshots, or the seller didn’t have the right to sell it.
  • You were charged twice or charged by mistake.

When refunds don’t apply

  • After you’ve confirmed receipt on the handover page, or 7 days after the delivery was submitted with no issue reported.
  • For limitations the listing already disclosed (stage, missing features, dependencies or costs).
  • Because you changed your mind after the source code has been delivered. Once delivered, code can be copied and can’t be returned. Where Israeli consumer law gives you a right to cancel a distance purchase, that right applies as the law sets out, including its exceptions for digital information.

How to ask

  1. Open your order and use Report an issue, describing what’s missing or wrong. Or email support@sellmyvibe.com with your order number.
  2. The seller has a chance to fix the delivery, normally within 5 days.
  3. If it isn’t resolved, we review the listing, the messages and the delivered files and decide. We usually decide within 10 business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method. PayPal usually shows them within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, you must not use the delivered code, and your access to the handover files ends.

Built-to-order apps

For apps we build on request, refund and cancellation terms are set out in the written quote you approve before paying.

For sellers

If a refund is approved, your payout for that sale is cancelled, or recovered if it was already paid. Repeated non-delivery or misleading listings lead to account suspension.
