Description
Most workout logs only remember what you did. Repline decides what you should do next. Tell it how many days you can train, what equipment you have and your goal, and it builds a full plan. Before every session it gives each lift a target weight and rep count, based on your last sessions.
The engine uses double progression, a method coaches use widely: add reps within a range, then add weight and start again. A single bad day repeats the target rather than punishing you. Two sessions short in a row brings an automatic 10% deload. Plans cover two to five days a week, with full gym, dumbbell-only and no-equipment versions, and exercises swap automatically to suit.
It's made for the gym floor, with big buttons for tired hands. Each barbell lift shows the bar loaded in competition plate colours, with exactly what goes on each side and suggested warm-up sets. Ticking off a set starts the rest timer, which keeps correct time even if your phone sleeps, and a workout in progress survives closing the app.
Progress shows your estimated one-rep max for every lift, personal records, and hard sets per muscle for the week, so weak spots stand out. Plate and one-rep max calculators, kg or lb, and backups are included. It's plain JavaScript with no server or running costs, ready for a gym or personal trainer to brand as their own.

Known limitations
Repline gives general fitness guidance, not medical advice or personal coaching. It doesn't check technique or health conditions, and targets are based only on logged numbers. It tells users to get advice if they're new to lifting or have a health condition, and to stop if something hurts.
