Description
Larder answers the hardest question in the kitchen: what are we eating this week? Set your calorie and protein targets, diet, foods to leave out, cooking time and budget, and it plans seven days of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Every meal is shown as a plate coloured by its real ingredients, so the week is a pleasure to look at.
Behind that is a real planner. It tests thousands of combinations, scoring each week on how well it meets your targets, how varied it is, how much it costs and how few different ingredients it needs, so less goes to waste. Portions adjust to fit your calories. Swap any meal and the best alternatives appear first. Keep the meals you love, and a new plan works around them.
One tap turns the week into a shopping list grouped by aisle, sized for your household, rounded up to real pack sizes and leaving out what's already in your cupboard. Tick things off as you shop, or copy or print the list. In the kitchen, each of the 30 original recipes scales to any number of people, and cook mode shows one step at a time with built-in timers.
Nutrition and diet labels are calculated from a table of 48 ingredients, so a recipe can't be mislabelled by hand. Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, kosher-style and seven leave-out options all work from the same data. It's plain JavaScript with no server or running costs, and a good base for a nutrition coach, grocery brand or food blogger to fill with their own recipes.

Known limitations
Nutrition figures are estimates from typical values, and they vary by brand and preparation. Allergen tags come from the recipe's ingredients and can't rule out cross-contact or label changes, so anyone with an allergy must check packaging. Kosher style isn't certification. Larder isn't medical or dietary advice, doesn't suit people with eating disorders or medical diets without professional guidance, and doesn't set calorie targets for users.
