Description

Lanelines gives swimmers a fresh, properly structured workout every time. Choose how far you want to swim, your pool length and your focus: endurance, threshold, speed or technique. It builds a full session with a warm-up, drills, main sets and a cool-down, written out like a coach's whiteboard.

Your pace comes from two timed swims. A 400 m and a 200 m give your critical swim speed, a measure coaches widely use, and every set's target pace and send-off time follows from it. Send-offs land on neat five-second marks, so they're easy to follow on a pool clock, and all distances fit a 25 m or 50 m pool.

Press Start at the pool and your phone becomes a giant poolside display, showing the current swim, target pace, a large countdown and what's next. Finish a workout to log your distance and build your weekly streak.

It's plain JavaScript with no server or running costs, ready for a swim coach, club, triathlon group or leisure centre to brand as their own.
