Description
A focused web app for woodworkers and DIYers who plan cuts by eye and end up a board short. List the boards you have and the parts you need, and Kerfwise lays the cuts out to keep waste low.
Each board is drawn to scale with its parts, saw kerf, end trim and offcut, under a tape-measure header, with the cuts numbered in order. Stats show boards used, cuts, waste percentage and a shopping list.
It works in millimetres or inches, including fractions such as 23 1/2 or 15/16, and converts when you switch units. Tick off pieces as you cut them, copy the cut list as text, or print the plan for the workshop.
Built as plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no server or running costs. A good base for a woodworking site or tool, or a ready planner to host as it is.
