Description
Daybreak gives you a yoga practice made for today. Choose how long you have, what you'd like to work on, how hard to go and how fast to breathe, and it builds a complete session. Press Begin and a figure flows from pose to pose while a soft glow paces your breath.
Sessions follow the shape a teacher would use: warm up, build, reach a peak, come down and rest. A sequencing engine checks that every move is one a body can actually make, adds connecting poses where needed, balances the left and right sides, and fits the time you chose. Sessions run from 10 to 45 minutes across eight focuses, from hips and hamstrings to winding down at night.
All 31 poses are original animated illustrations, each with its Sanskrit name, a short cue and an easier option. There's no video to film or host, because the figure is drawn live and blends smoothly between any two poses. That means a new pose is only a few numbers, and the look can be restyled for any brand.
Spoken cues and a soft bell let you practise without watching the screen. A calendar, streak and minutes count keep you coming back, and any session can be shared as a link. It's plain JavaScript with no server or running costs, so a yoga teacher, studio or wellness brand could put their name on it and launch quickly.

- Progress stays in one browser, with no accounts
- No subscriptions, payments or app store build
