Price Check

Compare supplier prices per kilo, litre or item whatever the pack size, track price rises, and build the cheapest order.

Description

Price Check helps small kitchens, cafés, shops and studios buy smarter. Enter what each supplier charges for an item in whatever pack they sell, and it converts everything to a price per kilo, litre or item, so a 1.5 kg bag compares fairly with a 16 kg sack.

Each item shows as a receipt slip with suppliers ranked by price per unit. The cheapest is stamped Best, the rest show how much more they cost, and price rises or drops since the last update are flagged.

The Order list works out the cheapest way to buy everything you need, split by supplier, and compares it with ordering from a single supplier, so you can see exactly what shopping around saves.

Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no server or running costs, and a printed-receipt design.
